What this website collects.

This website

There is no analytics or tracking on this site. No analytics provider, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no A/B testing tool. Nothing on these pages reports your visit to a third party.

There are no third-party resources. Fonts are served from this domain. There are no CDN scripts, no external stylesheets, no embedded videos and no social widgets. After the first load, the site renders with the network blocked.

There are no cookies set by this site, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Hosting and server logs. This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request — IP address, request time, the page requested, user agent — in order to serve the page and to protect the site from abuse. That is a function of the hosting layer rather than something this site adds, and we do not receive or store a per-visitor record of it. «TODO: confirm» Cloudflare’s log retention period for this account, and whether any optional Cloudflare feature that processes more than this has been switched on.

If you submit a form

The demo request and trial signup forms collect what you type into them: your name, company, work email, optionally a phone number, an optional indication of scale, and an optional message.

That information is used to reply to you and to run the demo or trial you asked for. It is not sold, and it is not passed to advertisers.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, and delivered to us by email. That means what you type into a form passes through Formspree’s systems as well as ours. Formspree is based in the United States, so if you are submitting from elsewhere your details are transferred there.

Formspree also retains a copy of submissions in its own dashboard. «TODO: confirm» the retention period configured on our Formspree account, and add a link to Formspree’s own privacy policy once the account is set up.

Nothing else on the site transmits anything. If the form is not configured, it tells you so plainly and offers the phone number rather than appearing to send.

If you call or email us

We keep whatever you tell us, for as long as we need it to help you. There is no call recording. Mail sent to an address on this domain is forwarded to a working inbox; we do not run a separate mail archive of it.

The product is a separate matter

If you use the Well Intelligence Platform, the data your organisation puts into it — telemetry, gauges, production figures — is governed by the agreement between your organisation and Basin Thread, not by this page.

Two things about the product worth stating here because people ask:

• The platform’s connection to your production accounting system is read-only. It reads approved fields and never writes to your system of record.
• Identity data is stored in a separate database from operational data, and no query joins across the two.

Your rights and how to reach us

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Call the number in the footer, or use the contact form, and say so. We are a small company; the request reaches a person.
