Website and hosting
Cloudflare hosts the marketing site and routes requests to WIP. Hosting and security services process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, and browser details to deliver and protect the service. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This website does not add advertising pixels or session-recording scripts. Fonts are self-hosted.
Research preview
Preview interactions use selected public records. Shared URLs may include a public record selection, filters, and map position; do not enter private information into those fields. Research requests and contact details are sent only in the inquiry body and are not added to URLs, analytics, or browser storage. The map’s base layer is provided by OpenStreetMap, whose tile service receives technical requests. See OpenStreetMap’s privacy policy.
Contact
Calling the published business number shares the information you choose to provide through the telephone service. We use inquiry information to respond and discuss the requested work. The quote form sends name, email, company or independent-researcher status, research need, and any optional context to the WIP inquiry endpoint. Accepted inquiries are privately persisted for authorized owner review. Contact fields and notes are not published, placed in URLs, added to analytics, or logged by the application. A success message requires persistent server receipt; downstream notifications are not configured. A failed submission is not reported as received.
Customer workspaces
Authenticated WIP workspaces use session cookies and their own access controls. Customer operational information is separate from public map records. See the WIP product privacy page and your customer agreement for that service.
Privacy requests
Use the contact page to ask about information supplied in an inquiry, or request correction or deletion. Provider retention and applicable legal requirements may affect what can be removed. No unverified retention period is promised.
